The following diagram and instructions are meant to assist you to refill your specific inkjet printer. Printed copies of these instructions are also included when you purchase one of our Inkjet Refill Kits. If you require additional assistance, please contact Surplus Inks directly online or by phone.

1. Make a 3mm filling hole in the top of the cartridge, using a small drill, in the position shown.

2. Assemble the syringe and filling needle and fill with the correct colour ink.

3. Slowly inject ink up to 7ml. of ink into the centre of the sponge inside.

4. Seal the filling hole with the plug provided, or strong adhesive tape.

5. Clean the syringe with water and dry before refilling with another color.

6. Install the cartridge and run a priming cycle as per printer instructions.
