The following diagram and instructions are meant to assist you to refill your specific inkjet printer. Printed copies of these instructions are also included when you purchase one of our Inkjet Refill Kits. If you require additional assistance, please contact Surplus Inks directly online or by phone.

1. Seal the outlet hole(s) in the base of the cartridge with adhesive tape.

2. Assemble the syringe and filling needle and fill with the appropriate color ink.

3. Push needle through the label down into the sponge of the correct filling hole. Very slowly inject ink into the sponge until the cartridge is full. Do Not seal the filling holes.

4. Unused ink may be returned to the bottle. Clean the syringe with water and dry for future use, or use with a different color ink.

5. Do Not unseal the outlet hole(s). Install the cartridge and run cleaning cycles as per printer instructions.

6. If necessary leave for up to 24 hours. (Allows ink to flow to the print head).
   NOTE: If cartridge is refilled before it is completely empty this time is greatly reduced.
