The following diagram and instructions are meant to assist you to refill your specific inkjet printer. Printed copies of these instructions are also included when you purchase one of our Inkjet Refill Kits. If you require additional assistance, please contact Surplus Inks directly online or by phone.

1. Turn the cartridge upside down. Using a pointed instrument push through the plastic film and push in the ball bearing which seals the filling hole.

2. Assemble the syringe and filling needle and fill with the correct color ink.

3. Slowly inject ink into the filling hole until the cartridge is full.

4. Unused ink may be returned to the bottle.

5. Seal the filling hole with the plug provided, ensuring that the plug is pushed firmly home.

6. Stand cartridge, print head down, on absorbent paper for 2 minutes to draw out any excess ink and pressurise ink chamber.

7. Clean the syringe with water and dry for future use, or use with a different colour ink.

8. Mount the cartridge and run a priming cycle as per printer instructions.
