The following diagram and instructions are meant to assist you to refill your specific inkjet printer. Printed copies of these instructions are also included when you purchase one of our Inkjet Refill Kits. If you require additional assistance, please contact Surplus Inks directly online or by phone.

1. The filling holes are located on top of the cartridge and are sealed with small plastic plugs. These must be removed by pushing them into the cartridge using a pointed instrument (e.g. a ball point pen tip)

2. Assemble the syringe and filling needle and fill with the correct color ink.

3. Insert the filling needle into the filler hole of the colour to be refilled, (see diagram above) and push downwards into the center of the cartridge.
   Note: The cartridge contains sponge and a slight resistance may be felt.

4. Slowly inject ink until the sponge is saturated. Do not reseal the filling holes.
   Important: Clean the syringe with water, and dry before refilling with another color.
