The following diagram and instructions are meant to assist you to refill your specific inkjet printer. Printed copies of these instructions are also included when you purchase one of our Inkjet Refill Kits. If you require additional assistance, please contact Surplus Inks directly online or by phone.

1. Remove the yellow handle when refilling the color cartridge to reveal the filling holes. (Pull, or lever off using a penknife).

2. Assemble the syringe and filling needle and fill with the appropriate color ink.

3. Insert the syringe through the appropriate filling hole, (See diagram for filling hole color) and push into the center of the cartridge.
   Note: The cartridges contain sponge and a slight resistance might be felt.

4. Slowly inject up to 15ml. of ink (Black) or 5ml.(color). When full some ink may overflow from the filling holes.

5. Unused ink may be returned to the bottle. Clean the syringe with water and dry for future use, or use with a different color ink.

6. Replace the yellow handle on the colour cartridge.

7. Mount the cartridge and run a priming cycle as per printer instructions.
